Open-plan offices are good for collaboration and bad for phone calls. The Maxi Phone Booth gives one person a quiet, ventilated, well-lit space to take a call or join a video meeting, without disturbing anyone else.
It is one of the most cost-effective acoustic phone booths in the UK, and nothing is sold as an extra: the desk, power, lighting and ventilation all come as standard.

Sit or stand
A height-adjustable desk with sitting and standing presets, plus a tablet stand.
Light that follows you
Motion sensors switch the 2700K light and fans on as you step in, and off three minutes after you leave.
Fresh air, all the time
Twin fans change the air every 80 seconds, with airflow you can adjust.
Occupancy light
Colleagues can see at a glance when the booth is in use.
Power at the desk
Two UK double sockets and 65W USB-C / USB-A fast charging for laptops.
Felt-lined interior
Light grey acoustic felt absorbs sound, so calls stay clear inside and private outside.

Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost in total?
The Maxi Phone Booth is £3,325 + VAT per booth. Delivery anywhere in the UK is £250 per booth. Installation by our own team, which we strongly recommend, is £850 for the first booth and £500 for each additional booth. Delivery-only orders arrive on a pallet at the kerbside and need a forklift to unload, so most customers choose installation. You choose at checkout and see the full price, including VAT, before you order.
How quickly can I get one?
Pods in stock are dispatched within 1–2 weeks of payment. For orders larger than our current stock, the lead time is around 12 weeks. Contact us and we will confirm dates before you commit.
How does ordering and payment work?
Order online and choose “Pay by invoice” at checkout. No card is needed. We email a pro-forma invoice within one working day (add your PO number in the order notes), you pay by bank transfer, and we book a short site survey before installation.
How good is the soundproofing?
The Maxi Phone Booth achieves a 28.6 dB speech level reduction, tested to ISO 23351-1 in a certified acoustic chamber. That keeps calls confidential on a busy open-plan floor.
What colours are available?
Black, White or Light Grey exterior. The interior is the same for every colour: light grey acoustic felt with a white desk.
Will it fit through our doors and lifts?
The pod arrives flat-packed and our team assembles it on site in about an hour. Once built it measures 1050 × 1050 × 2300 mm and sits on built-in wheels and adjustable feet, so it can be moved later.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every Maxi Phone Booth installed by our team comes with a 5-year warranty. Payments and after-sales support are handled by Silent Collective Ltd.
